Factors Influencing Entrepreneurial Intention: Focusing on Individuals’ Knowledge Exploration and Exploitation Activities

With rapid changes in industrial environments, the role of start-ups and their initial attempts toward market are regarded as critical initiates. To increase number young start-up entrepreneurs, it is important to understand relationship between entrepreneurial intention its antecedents. Drawing on organizational learning theory, we adopt concept exploration exploitation mediating roles individual-level perspectives. Additionally, consider innovativeness, self-efficacy, internal locus control antecedents two activities. The results indicate that each activity successfully supports intention, which requires a complex decision-making process long-term efforts. This research discusses practical implications guidelines for entrepreneurship education programs further.
